Bottom loading SKID

The terminal bottom loading skid features:
Steel Structure
  The structure is made up from steel sections with a rust protective finish.
Loading Arms
  Loading arms complete with API couplers.
Vapour Recovery Arm / Vapour Pot
  Safety, environmental and economics for improved terminal operation.
Loading Meters
  Product loading control.
ESD Valves (Emergency Shut Down)
  In the event of an emergency the ESD valve can be operated by activating an ESD push button. Once this button has been activated the valve immediately closes and stops product flow.
  ESD Push Buttons
  Push buttons located at appropriate positions on the skid.
Overspill
  Automatic truck overspill protection.
Earthing
  The truck earthing is carried through to electrical mains earth. If connection is not continuous then loading will not be possible.
Detonation Flame Arrester
  To prevent ignition sources entering the tanker through the vapour line.
Temperature Probes
  Allows product volume correction relevant to temperature.
 

 
       
Additive Inlets
  3 additive inlets per loading arm.
Thermal Relief
  To relieve abnormal pressure caused by heat.
Explosion Proof Junction Box
  All components mounted on the skid are pre-wired from the junction boxes.
Explosion Proof Lighting
  The light fitting comes complete with an emergency pack and meets zone 1 classification.
Fire Alarm Break Glass Unit
  An explosion proof break glass unit can be wired into your existing fire alarm system.
Strainers
  To prevent foreign bodies entering the lines, which could cause damage to equipment.
PD Meter
  Product measurement.
Flow Control Valve
  To stop product flow in a control manner.
Canopy
  To protect the skid and operator from the weather.
Talk Back System
  Allow communication directly to the control room.
Earth Bar
  All component will be directly earthed to this point.
